Our honey is made by healthy happy bees. They feast on the nectar and pollen from Fruit trees, Herbs , vegetables and wild flowers grown naturally on our farm. Out bees are not treated with harmful chemicals. All pest and disease treatments are done with natural acids that are used by the bees and other natural methods, and never during honey production. So our honey is 100 percent natural with all the enzymes, pollen and other healthy things the bees put in it. it is strained through stainless steel mesh and bottled. no processing. The results is healthy honey just as the bees made it. No two batches have the same taste or color.
About 95 percent of all commercial honey is adulterated. ( processed or modified in some way) It is usually heated, pasteurized, and forced through a filter and a colorant added. Some are diluted with syrup. You ever notice commercial honey of any one brand is all the same color and flavor.
